Welcome to the User's Guide of This document will help you understand how to make reservations easily. Please follow the tips shown on the screen.

1 - Searching for Property

1.a. Searching Apartments

After choosing a city, departure date and number of people, a list of properties will be shown for the given location and date. Every apartment is accompanied by basic information such as: main photo, number of people, name of apartment, price for the night (stay cost and the overnight price), district name, initial description and the basic equipment, presented with the help of symbols.

1.b. Choosing Property

A property may also be chosen directly via the homepage, using the search window tagged "Travel Destinations", where the most commonly chosen locations are shown. You may also use the option "Advanced Search" to enhance your search engine. This way you are able to choose additional criteria such as type of property or district. You may also click directly on the city map at the left side of the screen, in order to see apartment locations. You may choose your desired property in this window.
After choosing the apartment, you may click the "more info" button and the system will show you detailed information on this property, such as: basic info, guests' opinions, picture gallery, availability timetable, booking settlement and a map with an indication of the apartment's location.

2 - Booking Property

In order to book the property you chose, please click the "continue booking" button and follow these three steps:
2a. Step One: enter data - contact information (requested), VAT invoice request (not requested), choose type of payment, acquaintance with the rules, continue booking - click "More",
2b. Step Two: check your data - a possibility to correct any mistakes or indicate the hour of arrival or departure. If the data is correct, click "Send",
2c. Step Three: send your reservation - and you may pay the advance payment.

3 - Advance Payment

If you have chosen "bank transfer from your bank" option, you will be sent an email after making reservation, including all details concerning your reservation along with the account number, to which you will need to make the transfer.

3.1 Bank transfer from your bank

If you have chosen "bank transfer from your bank" option, you will be sent an email after making reservation, including all details concerning your reservation along with the account number, to which you will need to make the transfer.

3.2 On-line payments in

If you have chosen "on-line payment in" option, you may make the payment by clicking the "Pay" button. supports the following cards:

And flat cards such as: VisaElectron, Maestro.

There is also a possibility of making bank transfers from the following banks:
mTransfer (mBank),
SEZAM (Industrial-Comercial Bank BPH SA),
Inteligo payment (Inteligo account),
Pekao24 (Pekao Bank SA),
MultiTransfer (MultiBank),
MilleNet (Millennium Bank),

We suggest using this type of payment, as it gives immediate confirmation of the booking. Foreign customers should choose this option (bank transfers from their own bank take additional fees and are often delayed).

4. Booking confirmation

After making the payment, the system automatically sends you an email with a voucher, which confirms your reservation, including all the details of the property - you will need to print it. From this moment we ask you to contact the owner of the property described in the voucher in each case regarding your reservation. You may contact Reservations' Department in emergency situations by calling the emergency hotline number, shown at the bottom of the voucher.

5. Overbooking

In case of overbooking (double reservation in the same apartment at the same time) the reservation may be canceled despite the voucher generated for that reservation and the advance payment will be paid back immediately; the system will offer other vacant properties in the same time, but not necessarily in the same location or price. Such situation occurs very rarely and the client is informed immediately.
